Please note: Registration is required for all classes due to our intentionally small class sizes, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience for every student.

Important Information

Booking Your Class

  • How to Book: Easily reserve your spot by clicking 'Sign Up' next to your desired class. You will be prompted to create an account if you don't already have one.

  • Waiver Requirement: A waiver is required to attend class. You will be prompted to accept this when booking your first session.

  • Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class to settle in, find your space, and prepare for practice.

What to Bring & Wear

  • What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. You are welcome to bring your own mat, or we have some available for use.

  • What to Wear: Dress in comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.

  • Please note: Our studio environment is nature-based, reflecting its origins as a chicken coop. Temperatures can reach up to 95 degrees, so please dress accordingly and bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Studio Location & Access

  • Location: Find us at 406 W River Rd, Caledonia NY 14423.

  • Studio Hours: The studio is open only during scheduled class times. Doors open 10 minutes before the start of each class.

  • Parking: Ample parking is available in front of the studio, including a handicap-accessible space.

Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: Due to the intimate nature of our studio and limited class sizes, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful booking.
