Beginner Vinyasa Yoga combines movement and breath. This class introduces you to the flow and sequences of vinyasa yoga. This is an active practice with a cardio exercise vibes/feel. Jessie will guide you through each pose and technique allowing you to experience the magic of yoga. * this is an active practice, you will be upside down so wear form fitting shirts. *all classes are non-refundable. Class size is limited.
