This circle focuses on empowering you to prioritize your own well-being by acknowledging the gravitational pull of those you support. Through a guided exercise, we will explore how to set healthy boundaries and create space for self-nourishment, allowing you to temporarily release your "orbit", lean into your community's support as you step into your radiant self and shine like the sun.
