Friday Evening: (7:00 PM - 9:30 PM) Introduction to the chakra system and focused exploration of the Root Chakra, including journaling prompts and homework.
Saturday: (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) In-depth exploration of each chakra with dedicated exercises:
