Mini & Me: Mindfulness & Eye Mask-Making

This Valentine’s Day, we invite you and your "mini" to step away from the sweets and into a space of shared presence. This 90-minute workshop is designed to celebrate the bond between adult and child through the magic of self-care. Together, we will slow down, explore mindfulness, and create a tangible tool for rest that you can take home and use every day.

Held in the unique, warm nest of The Coop Studio, this is a time to breathe, gather, and create alongside one another.

Within the Workshop

In this heart-centered session, each pair will collaborate on:

• The Mindful Stitch: A creative, hands-on exercise of hand-sewing your own eye masks. No expert sewing skills required—just a willing heart and curious hands.

• Scented Stillness: Filling your masks with soothing rice and locally grown lavender from Genesee Valley Lavender Farm to create a sensory anchor for relaxation.
