Connection Under the Canvas: A Workshop of Community at the Fall NYS Yoga Fest!
Join your fellow festival-goers inside Avalon, Magic Held Here's our 23ft canvas bell tent. A space brimming with magic, beauty, and the spirit of togetherness. This 30-minute workshop is crafted to deepen our connection, practice gratitude, and embrace seasonal reflection as a community. Led by Magic Held Here founder, Jessie Held, we'll experience guided meditation, breathwork, and intention setting. Here, we honor the unique threads of each authentic self, recognizing how together we weave a vibrant tapestry of community – perhaps even the coziest flannel of the festival! It's a mindful and magical gathering, the perfect way to build bonds on your festival day.
