During this deeply relaxing experience, Ashley will use crystal singing bowls to create a symphony of sound that will wash over you. The wave patterns produced by these bowls resonate with the body, melting away ‘stuck energy’, providing muscular tension relief, and promoting a sense of ease. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Ashley will also offer a chakra scan to harmonize both the individual and the collective group energy.
